Twenty-five years of the Fellowship
The council, held in silver
The Fellowship was not formed in battle. It was formed standing still, in a courtyard in Rivendell, around a stone pedestal with a ring on it.
The structure of this stand is built from the art nouveau arches of that courtyard. The podium beneath the blade is modelled on the pedestal from the set. Nothing here is generic Elven decoration — every line is taken from the scene where the choice was made.
The knife is suspended at the centre, blade down, lit from the base, the crown and the blade itself.
