Shipping

StudioForge™ pieces are not standard products. Each item is individually handled, protected, and delivered with care to preserve its condition and long-term value.

All orders are fulfilled from our secure California facility, reserved exclusively for StudioForge™ releases.

What to expect:

  • White-glove handling and fulfillment

  • Custom protective packaging designed for display-grade items

  • Fully insured shipping

  • Signature confirmation upon delivery

A flat shipping fee may apply to help offset these specialized logistics.

For customers who choose to pay in full at checkout, shipping is included at no additional cost.

 


 

Pre-Orders & Deposits

Many StudioForge™ pieces are released as limited, made-to-order or small-batch runs.

To secure your piece:

  • A deposit will be required at the time of purchase

  • This guarantees your item is reserved exclusively for you

  • The remaining balance will be collected prior to shipment

You will be notified in advance before any final payment is processed.

If payment cannot be completed within the provided timeframe, the order may be cancelled and the deposit forfeited.

 


 

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.

After this window:

  • Deposits are non-refundable

  • Orders are considered locked due to the limited and allocated nature of each release

 


 

Returns & Exchanges

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives with damage or a manufacturing defect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include your order number, a description, and clear photos

We will work with you to provide:

  • A replacement (subject to availability), or

  • A full refund if a replacement is not possible

Because StudioForge™ pieces are often limited edition, replacements cannot always be guaranteed.

 


 

Important Note on Craftsmanship

Each StudioForge™ piece is crafted using specialized materials and processes.

Subtle variations in:

  • Finish

  • Texture

  • Detailing

are a natural result of this process and are part of what makes each piece unique. These are not considered defects.

 


 

Returns (Non-Damaged Items)

Due to the collectible nature of StudioForge™ items, returns are accepted under limited conditions:

  • Request must be made within 48 hours of delivery

  • Item must be unused and in original, re-sellable condition

  • All packaging must be intact and undamaged

  • Return must be received within 14 days of approval

Additional notes:

  • A restocking fee may apply

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping

  • Refunds are issued after inspection and approval
